Bush has a private army of 80,000 mercenaries operating on behalf of
the US in Iraq and elsewhere around the world. Nearly 1,000 have been
killed in Iraq alone, but their casualties are not counted.
Yet 40% of the military budget goes to private contractors including
private armies.
All Bush has to do is call home these mercenaries whenever the time is
right to "defend" the United States, taking over key Command and
Control roles in the military. Remember, Bush has a "War Czar"
now .....

I saw him on Democracy Now, some impressive stuff. Another thing this
article doesn't mention is that Blackwater has some land down San
Diego way and want to build a training camp. Well San Diego doesn't
like the idea and is keeping Blackwater out through permit issues.
Blackwater on the other hand is claiming it doesn't need a permit
building or otherwise due to its military standing (yea, they seem to
think they have military standing). Well if they should back the hand
of a lunitic they can go down under the laws provided for treason as
well. The law is clearly written.
