Sorry for the confusion. It was about this guy in France who had a
vacation cottage by the beach. One day he decided to go beachcoming,
but was unable because the vandals took the handles to the pump that
fills it. That said, it was a sorry day in court when they caught
those handles, red vandaled to boot. They stuffed them away for a
considerable timeout situation, and it took weeks before the driftwood
returned to normal, allowing our hero/victim to continue constructing
his exploding cottage. The vandals were eventually apprehended and
offered up (or down) in sacrifice to Neptunus Rex.
