In fact the last Annual you attended was Utah 2003 - a PERMITTED
GATHERING!!!!!!!

Some people gather no matter where the gathering is held or if a
permit was signed.
They're called FAMILY
Others must have their hands held and their egos stroked to attend.
50 dollar bet Bill will chicken out before next summer and use some
lame excuse not to attend.
