to whistler: if you read my profile you'll see who I am. To others: I
am also a registered libertarian. I have attended gatherings for the
last 15 years. I have already done considerable research, and I am not
wrong in the things I say, especially concerning that the feds have
never actually driven vehicles into the main circle before. This is
very different from other gatherings. If it ever happened before,
nobody I know has mentioned it, in fact everyone I know agrees that it
has never happened, and if it did happen I and everyone else I know
must have been asleep when it happened.

I have been involved in judicial and legal activism for several years
now. There are many laws that the feds broke this year, and criminal
complaints should be filed, and filed directly with grand juries. What
my partner Randy & I do is not ridiculed nor laughed at by judges, but
rather we make judges shake in their shoes because we file criminal
complaints against judges because they break the law as well. I am not
going to argue with anyone here. People may have their differences of
opinion on whether or not people at gatherings take responsibility for
what they do, most people I have seen take responsibility, perhaps
others have seen many people not take responsibility. I'm sorry other
people have been involved with people who don't take responsibility
for their actions. I've been more fortunate in my dealings with other
rainbow family members I suppose so I am not so cynical and jaded as
some people.

The bottom line is this: I am going to file several FOIA requests for
things that are not already posted or made public by the forest
service, and I am going to file criminal complaints for the numerous
laws that were broken. It is illegal search and seizure to require
people to show ID for no reason. If anyone wants to file charges and
FOIA requests, fine, if not fine. I will post my FOIA requests and
criminal complaints after they are written up so people can read them
and copy them and file them themselves if they want.
