Read paragraph #12. It says that the premises must be kept open to all
lawful activities at all times. That means that simply being there
does NOT make you one of the 'group'.

So I guess if somebody signs on behalf of "The Rainbow Family of
LIving Light", and you insist on being a member of that 'group',
well.... you're subject to the #9 thing.

But if you want to be there as you, Joe Public, you can, because the
RFLL can NOT keep you out.

So be it.

Because the Permit illicitly converts the right of peaceable assembly
to a privilege, the law is whatever the oligarch says ad hoc. The
Pennsylvania three went to prison for claiming not to be members of a
group. Spectators are counted.........
