No, it is a gender specific issue because people allow men to escape their
responsibility in the issue. Until that end, women will always be held as
second class persons by some. It is only because they can escape any
consequences for their actions that some men are able to treat women as
sex toys to used and then disposed of. That can only end when all men are
made to be responsible for their actions.

By forcibly excluding men from the matter, You are creating the conditions
whereby some men are able to look at women as mere sex objects. Men
should be forced to take responsibility by for the results of their
actions, not told to go "grow wombs".

The foolishness is to think that by alleviating them of any responsibility
for their actions (accept what ever responsibility they voluntarily take
on), somehow anything resembling gender equality can be obtained.
