Cool new conspiracy theory

I saw this in the local newspaper a week or so ago, and today I heard
somebody really going off on it. Anybody hear of "chemtrails"?

They look just like contrails that airplanes leave, except there's
something fishy going on. Every morning when it gets light out, you
see the sky all crisscrossed with these ... trails. Then as the
morning wears on, they don't go away! They just get wider, and turn
into this haze that pretty much covers the sky.

This guy was saying they're left by the same plane every time. He
pointed to this plane going along, saying "that's the same plane!".

He was figuring they're for mind control. I'd say they work.

Also, it was to make it rain on fields owned by THE MAN!

Or not rain, or to cool the planet. I don't know.

Anyway, has anyone seen those things? They look exactly like
contrails, but the proper term for them is chem trails.
