For me it's two reasons. One is Google's new interface. The other is
all the spam that people like boodie post. I'm refering to all those
copied news articles. It used to be a place where WE the PEOPLE wrote
stuff to each other. Now it's just a dump for news ripoffs to be
dumped. The signal to noise ratio has gone all to hell.
