said councils have some power to make rules or ordinances or something
that everyone there has to abide by. In fact, gatherings are
maintained by the mores (folk-ways) and nothing more. The jurisdiction
of any clownshow council DIES at the edge of its circle. Gatherings
are not representative republics and councils do not have the proxy of
people just cuz they gathered within a mile or three of eachother.
Representation without election is fraud.
