Heyya Earthdrum,

Knowing you as long as me & JuJu have, we certainly don't see you as a
control freak & we understand what your saying, if Bill would not have
introduced you to Woodstock then y'all would have continued to pay for
leasing both 3 1/2 acre tracts.

Adam wasn't leasing the side we're on- a dude named wes was leasing it-
I saw the lease. I got to meet wes when he came for his stuff- he had
the same issues with Adam's control trip- he kept some torch of his he
said too. See- Adam wants to control this side without paying for it-
all too clear to me now, and probably most other people. Adam didn't
have the funds, and he even went so far as saying that we saved his ass
by coming here.

Yes, I know about the Wes thing but I also know Adam & if someone sees
him as a control freak because he really wants to see a community scene
work, then all I can say is that I don't see it the same way. Austin
has many alterative minded people & Adam would have found someone who
wanted to cooperate in a community scene if Bill hadn't introduced the
2 of you.

At a glance it seemed to be a good
idea, the folks at the Art Farm were doing music events, Woodstock
wants to do music events & do web casting of the events (or something
similar); unfortunately the whole scene has wound up as one big
dramatized movie laid out for all to see & no one to understand because
one can only truly see things through their own eyes.

My eyes see that you wound up with the short end of the stick,
especially knowing how hard you have worked to put the Art Farm scene
together & how rare those 2 tracts of land are. All I can do is wish
you & the Art Farm folks the very best...

How hard did he work this side? I have a picture of what it looked like
shortly after we got here- any idiot can see the difference from then
to now. I don't know what his side looked like when he came here, but
it isn't much to look at except for the pictures you see of the garden
on their site. What have they done in TWO whole years, or 3 as Bill
says....

I'm not here to say what anything looked like before or after anyone
showed up; we've been working on our place for 5 years & to someone who
didn't see it before we started, it still looks trashy in spots. People
have to work on things at their own pace & based on what their personal
priorities are; we were a little more concerned with getting our water
& electrical systems in basic order for the first year...

For Woodstock & Swan, I hope that they find the type of land that they
were originally looking for when they moved here and are kind enough to
make sure that the lease goes back to the Art Farm when they do.

Well if Bill and Adam keep harrassing us it's going to take longer. If
Adam keeps his dog (Bill) from following us around the net, we might
get it done alot sooner and then he'll have a place in much nicer
condition than when we got here. We have the lease 'til June 2008 and
if he gives us our space and gets Bill off our backs, we will sign the
lease over to him as soon as we make enough to get rural land-
otherwise we won't, and will be here for as long as it takes. -w-

Well. I personally think that Bill knows how to think for himself & so
does Adam; but you're free to think what you want. I'm just sick of
seeing this stuff pop back up every time I decide to check AGR
