Re: Alcohol effecting the gatherings

I'd just like to chime in and say I had a dandy time passing thru A
camp at this years gathering. Due to the company I travelled with, and
their uneasiness about driving a luxury car up into the gathering
proper, we set up base camp a few miles before the road block, and as a
result I cruised that stretch on bike several times a day while I was
there. Most trips, I stopped to chit chat with someone helping run the
shuttle, or people waiting to hitch a ride into town. Really I didn't
see much carnage at all, just a bunch of different people hanging out,
doing their thing. Maybe droves of unfortuntate things go down in A
camp, but I saw very few instances of that nature.
