Too weird.
Not wierd at all. The Permit Regulation is aimed at the rainbow
gatherings specifically. It doesn't have to say that in writing,
things manifest require no proof. It is embarrassing to try to hold a
holy crusade against Islam while the people you pretend to serve are
praying for Peace with Muslims right out in the open where the cameras
are....
