Well, that's the letter of the law, of course. But we need to remain conscious of the fact that we're opposing a "75 person" law in the interest of a gathering on the order of thirty thousand. They don't
really use the same tactics on gatherings of a hundred disassociated people, that they use on the stupendously, mind-bendingly large rainbow gatherings.
