Forest Service Forces Private Events

When I stop and think about it, it's true. If you are
camping with 75 strangers or friends old or new and one more
person shows up then it seems like the FS gets all snarly
and decides the next person is a criminal and if the others
want to allow that person in and you don't have a permit,
the FS forces you to ban the person, or essentially
privatize the event.

Too weird.
