The only leasership of rainbow is by others respect for certain people.
In a away Garrick and Plunker have been leaders ever since they dreamed
up the idea of the gathering 25 or so years. I know Garrick relitivley
well and do indeed respect him. Only met plunker once so I don´t know
him well enough to respect him. I know Brian Michaels well and watched
him win the permit battle for years when he says he lost and a permit
is now needed if the garhering is to happen I believe him.
