Yup, but the thing is that Barry himself has never signed a permit....
he gets others to do his dirty work.... Barry is the person that acts
as the spokesperson for the "family" and holds back room deals with the
USFS.
(I might also add that I have no clue who these people are that you are
talking about)
Pretty much the core group of people that make up the National Rainbow
Management Team (NRMT).... they are the people that have brought you
permits without your consent for the past 3 years.... and the ones that
will bring you a permit this summer.
