My question is: "What is it he wants to borrow?" There is no legal

prohibits the loan of credit. [I might be able to borrow my neighbor's
lawnmower if he trusts me that much, but his credit?] Dubya has spent
more than all of the previous presidents combined, and nothing he's
done has made me safer or feel any safer.
Oh well, "they" had Dubya bragging within the last day or two about
thwarting a terrorist plot to fly a plane into a building in L.A. four
years ago, four years ago, four years ago, four years ago..... They
had him say "thwarted" an' you could tell that made him feel good.

To these individuals it isn't a loan but a blank check.
A blank check for the payment of what? I reiterate: "There is no legal
definition of what the currency is." It's all over the media news and
Usenet that the US is gazillions of dollars in debt with more on the
way and no end in sight, but just exactly what IS a "dollar"? I am not
talking about notes, bills, checks, money orders, credit, or any other
form of mercantile debt instrument. Paper money is worth what you can
get for it but has no intrinsick Value. [Don't wipe your *** with
that, you don't know where it's been!] Just exactly what IS a
"dollar"? Mercantile tokens and paper money either symbolize someTHING
or noTHING, and if the answer is that they represent nothing then the
debt isn't really there because nothing was borrowed..............

It isn't about
your safety or mine but theirs. They use the term National Security
but in truth its Administative or political security and the money goes
to the military industrial complex.........(I copied & pasted) your
words here to make a point cause I think you get it. The missing
signature for the check must wait.....THAT person hasn't been born yet.

With no legal definition of the Medium of Exchange the check promises
payment in, countersigned or not its value is nil. The "judicial"
Supreme Court said Confederate Money was "a fraud foisted upon the
public by the omnipotence of government" and I think that describes the
current state of the currency.
