ANY time there is a hiarchy things get fucked up. I bleeve that's why
Jesus was killed; He preached that people didn't need official
intermediaries to represent them before God. My first impressions of
Samuel Alito are he bounces too much when he walks, his smile looks
phoney, and I don't care for the look in his eyes. OTOH, if Kennedy
and Kerry can leave their faith on a coathook outside upon 'entering a
university, or a professional association, or a scholarly meeting, or
Congress, as if they were checking their hats at the door,' then I see
them as hypocrites too, for either faith is an integral part of you or
you have none.

Big Brother keeps preaching that the United States is a secular
government, as if faith in the Creator has no place in it; but the
nature of prescriptive laws is, historically, that the descriptive laws
of Nature's God always catch up. Try Kipling's "The Gods of the
