Re: Peace activist running for Senate

Maybe so.. but... When have the Evangelicals backed a "liberal" (hate
that word)m or Democrat? I don't think it's unique to Bush. The
conservative agenda, at least the one they want people to believe,
meshes quite well with the Evangelicals. "No abortions, and let's kill
all dem murderers and rapists on Death Row!"

Kerry had no plan.. that's what beat him. It's pretty much like that
across the board for the Dems the last few years. Nobody likes whiners
and that's all they have been doing without offering viable plans. As
for intelligence.. not buying it. How often did we have to hear about
the intelligent Clinton clan and about his Rhodes scholarship and
Oxford education? Maybe if you wrap intelligence in a thin veil of
Bubba it works...

But Kerry isn't the sharpest tack in the box. Didn't he flunk
divinity school or have a less than stellar set of grades there? I
mean, who fails at God? I think his pompous image, be it true or not,
didn't help him any. He speaks like a blueblood.. and the lies didn't
help either. He should have taken some lessons from Bill.
