gasoline and soap, sticks to what it hits, and burns. but i guess if i take
a can and fill it with water and drop it on people, thats a chemical weapon
too! no quibbling involved, for that matter, if i take a ballon the size od
a bus and fill it with nitrogen, and let the gas out into a building, thats
