I dissent. "Love your neighbor as yourself." is unsullied.  Ain't no
'my god can beat up your god' stuff involved in: "Love your neighbor as
yourself."

With respect, there is a kernal of truth.

When you say it, it mean what you want it to say. When The bible says it, it means what king james wanted it to say.

If its in the context of unsullied generic truth, then its beautiful.
If love comes with a brand name, then its not love.
