Hilarious Vision

I just had this hilarious vision of colombia, peru, equador, etc and
Iraq and Afganistan all planting every arable acre in hemp and then the
second view was the whole populations oif all those countries laughing
their asses off in the streets at the stupid stiff marching governments
and armies. WAR IS OVER if you want <R>
