after holding a "permit counsil" not a "what to do about the leos" counsil i will need to see rj pull a rabbit out of a hat to even think of anything he does in a serious way. to me a permit for gathering is right up there with subdividing the land and i can't see how building a firehouse and water slide is very far behind
