Yeah, it's interesting, I think. I've eaten a vegetarian and even vegan
diet for varying periods of time throughout my life, but currently I do
eat meat. It is indisputable that not eating meat is the better
choice,whether from an ethical, environmental, or health standpoint.

But then, so is not having a car, not getting your food from supermarkets,
not shopping at WalMart, and so on. I think what bothers me about folks
who preach about it is that they assume folks don't know these things.
People choose to live their lives the way they do for their own reasons.
They're not stupid, uninformed, or uncaring.

I think it's wonderful that individuals choose to live according to their
own ethical standards. I just wish they would not try to impose those
standards on others.
