Sorry - wasn't paying attention - what's his situation post-stroke and what
residual knowledge skills are left. Where are you, How old is he, what
relevant work experence.

There's lots of wierd adaptive devices out there - I remember Craig Hospital
making a sip and puff casting reel and rod for use by Quadriplegics. Teddy
Prendergast also had a pretty unique set up - most folks individual set up
can often require individual solutions - makes it more costly but ...
