why that's so hard to find, I reached it in about 3 clicks? If you're
on US servers, change "eu" in the address to "us".

The problem is, that it is josephus. I hadn't realised he was still around.
I killfiled him more than a year ago because I was sure he must have been a
troll. Probably still is, I reckon.

I don't remember that name being a troll but you could be right.
If he's not I hope he at least checked his characters on the armory.
If they're missing gear, he's been hacked.

Like Cat said, I assumed he's having some trouble, struggling, and
except for us, he's on his own.

Getting frustrated, and desperate to contact Blizzard, he might have
accidentally hit a phishing site. I hope not.
