I don't know of any specific addons but I use IceHUD for that feature.

It puts the number of combo points underneath your character between
the bottom of the HUD bars (but it can be moved). It might also do
your stacks of AB too - it handles runes for DKs, sunder stacks for
Warriors, holy power for Paladins etc.

If it can't do your AB stacks out of the box I feel sure that it can
be configured to do it. I added a deadly poison stack counter to it
so that my assassination rogue would know when best to use envenom.
