Ah, thanks for pointing this out. I hadn't realised that was true for all
classes. It certainly is true for my shaman, my Cleans Spirit only removes
magic when specced resto.
Warlocks can still dispel magic with the Imp spell Singe Magic on a 6 second cooldown.
Non healing priests can still dispel magic from themselves.
