Resto Shaman healing update

Hi everyone

It's been a while since my resto shaman turned 85. I've been healing normal
dungeons with him since then and have been working on various reps. I'm
exalted with TB (got the mace, still 60 marks shy of the 359 trinket), I've
got Guardians of Hyjal at Revered (no need to go further) and am about 6k
shy of exalting Earthen Ring (for the 359 feet). I managed to buy the 359
pants, chest and off hand from the AH for <3k each and have an average
iLvl of XXX, just a few points away from being eligibly for ZG and ZA.

I have healed BH10 twice, the first time went very smoothly, nobody died.
The second time I put the group together and our first attempt was a wipe.
The second healer (druid) didn't seem to be able to keep up and it seemed to
me that I was the only one decursing. When the druid went offline we kicked
him, the priest changed spec and we found another dps druid and took the
boss down on the next attempt, but even then three people died and I was
practically hovering at OOM during the last 20% of the fight.

There are a few things about raid healing I was wondering: in BH10 the
groups split up left and right. I assumed that I would heal and dispell my
group, the other healer would handle his group. However, every once in a
while i saw druid HOTs on my group members and I had to help out healing and
dispelling both groups.

What is the usual healing setup in raids? A healer per group healing his
group? A tank healer and a dps healer? Something else? Different for each
fight? Are only healers supposed to dispel or can I expect DPS chars to
dispell as well?

I have little trouble healing the normal 85 pugs, but haven't dared do a
heroic yet. In normals, interstingly enough large trash pulls are usually
harder on me than boss fights. According to my gear I am eligibly to do
heroics, but haven't dared yet. After my two attempts at healing BH10, would
I need to expect 85 heroics to be harder or easier in comparison?

In any case, my resto shammy is outgearing my hunter main considerably.
Urbin is mostly sitting in Sholazaar getting a stack of Aged Yolk every
three days, no mount drop in over a month now :-(
