Oh, had one just yeterday. At the "request" of my guild, we're REALY short
on tanks, I changed my heal pala's second specc from ret to prot after
reaching 85 a few days ago and started training in normal instances. I
allways told me pug partners that I'm new to tanking and had no problems
with them. Yesterday I got lost city with two guildmates and pugs. Didn't
say "I'm new", just anounced CC signs I'd use and started. First two pulls,
mobs were running all over the place, none stayed with me. Some ueber dps
with me? No. Hmmmm, maybe the thread increase buff would help? Explained in
group channel and went on. First boss went down well, and when walking
through the tunnel to the croc boss I had time to have a good look at my
paly and his nice mace. MACE? my tnking weapon is an axe. Had been running
the instance in dps equip up to then, don't whant to know what the pug
healer was thinking. Explaint in (guild) TS3 and changed to my tanking set
when nobody wa looking (hopefully) ^^
