I may be grasping at straws here, but what exactly do you mean by your
"personal password"? Do you mean the password that you use to access the
special administrative webpage that controls the ventrilo server? That
password won't work for just normally logging in to vent, as far as I
know.
I've set up a completely new Connection Editor with the guild
information copied and pasted from the Vent Web site. It still cannot
verify my username and password.
When you say "username and password", where exactly are you getting the
"username" part? Are you actually entering a username somewhere, or
is that just the default error message?
(On all the vent servers I've used, "Username" is just whatever I choose
as my handle; it isn't actually verified anywhere.)
