A guildie asked an interesting question yesterday, and while I
wondered why he asked it, it got me thinking.
If you either quit or get booted from a guild, do you then lose all
your reputation/guild activity points with them, should you return to
the guild in the future?
Someone piped up and said that you didn't, providing that you did not
join another guild in the meantime. If you left/got booted from a
guild, stayed guildless, then re-joined the same guild, everything got
restored. But had you joined then left another guild beforehand, you'd
start fresh again.
Further, if this is all true, does anyone know if this works
differently depending on if you quit or were booted?
