No need to go back to the trainer, just look in your spell book.
It'll show you any available skills that you haven't picked up yet.

To be honest, I'm pretty sure the only other spells previously
available to mages between 60 and 70 were upgrades to existing spells,
and since that's now baked in to your leveling - nothing to train.

Ah - that's what it was. I've been racking my brain trying to remember waht you learned in that range, and I couldn't remember until this post. You used to go back and learn a bunch of spells "arcane missles (level 3), Refreshment table (level 2) etc, etc.

BTW - speaking of the tables, I wish they let that one alone, as it really sucked for a few weeks when getting in an regular instance after I turned 85 and put out a table and the 84 heals couldn't use it. Not so bad now anymore, but that really sucked...
