Hm, even with a 15% buff, I think I'll use explosive shot over arcane shot
as long as they share a CD

Isn't Arcane Shot mostly intended to be used by non-SV hunters? From what I
remember reading about hunters the last time I looked into them it was being
used more by BM hunters than the others, dunno if that's still the case.
