Really? That used to be the case in BC/WotLK but I have never seen anything
from them in Deepholme yet. I'll have to keep up the herbing then.

It may have been hotfixed, my bf found the same as you when we quested
there and I'm sure I tried a couple myself when I took my druid in
looking for Heartblossom. Hope it has been fixed!
