oil please

I used to get my flasks of oil (for engineering recipies) from the
harvesters in Westfall. But no longer it seems.
Does anyone know were you can get this now (aside from the AH!).
Usually I'd just google for it, unfortunately this just seems to bring
up pre-cata info which no longer applies.
