Since when did UA have a silence effect? Didn't even realise.

Since it was implemented. UA is a damage over time with dispel protection-it
damages and silences the dispeller if someone dispels it.

If I read this correctly, I can now do the dailies on several characters
and
they all send their marks to my main who can then get the stuff he needs
much sooner? Or am I missing something?

It's the FACTION marks that are boa, not the Tol Barad commendations that
you buy them(or other items) with.
