Cata definately brought back the fun of dungeons again. We had been seeing a progressive slide toward AoE face-roll over the last two expansions and, personally, they had started to feel like a daily chore.

I don't yet have enough confidence to main heal in any 80+ level instances yet, but everything is much more fun!

Blizzard did everyone a favor by brining a lot of vanilla back in Cata.

Not everybody agrees with you. I read the Daily Blues blog on WoW
Insider and it seems like some Blue is defending difficult dungeons
every day. It seems like a lot think that the heroics are too hard (I
wouldn't know as I've not got an 85 yet).

I'm glad the heroics are that hard - They should be. Funny how some are complaining for a nerf already...The games not even a month old!! lol :)

You know, in all seriousness though - some of these same people would be the ones complaining when they blast through everything and raid heroics by March and would complain that they are bored, and that things are too easy. Some I guess are just in a rush?

Kinda reminds me of a real life situation from last night. In my area, they have light shows this time of year. You sit in the car with the family, and drive though a darkened road/path in the woods and they have Christmas lights/displays all over and you drive through it slowly (about 5mph) listening to simulcast Christmas music on your radio and enjoy it...very nice! Now, you just payed $12 to do this. There were a few cars that went around others in line to go faster. OK - didn't realize there was a prize for finishing the light show early. I wish I could have whisp them a "gratz! - you rule!" (Then again, it could have been dad's rushing through so they could get home and play WoW...lol)

Maybe they are sitting back watching the top raiding guilds start to work out heroic raid instances already and feel like they are falling behind or something? Like they should be able to be there? Dunno... I hope Bliz doesn't nerf it. Having the healers the way they are will force the "re-education" of the "hell-bent-AoE-blast-everything-in-site-look-at-my-DPS-numbers" players...Eventually, when they are booted from runs, keep dying, and/or get yelled at enough, they will begin to realize, "hmmm - maybe it *IS* me that's failing, not the healers" Unfortunately, until everyone learns it Cata, not WotLK, it'll be the healer taking the brunt of it.

I'm just bringing up my resto druid now. I won't heal pugs. Why should I? I'm content running with my guild, where we laugh it up and chat on vent while running dungeons, with no stress whatsoever... :)
