Yes - As you move up in guild reputation, your title with change...but
to what, I'm having trouble finding out.  I did find the following
someone wrote in a forum though:

"at honored it should be <Member of <guildname>>
revered <Veteran of <guildname>>
Exalted <?>"

Ahh, I guess that "Recruit" appeared when I hit "friendly"
