Just a warning, my post was meant for healing heroics. Normal dungeons
aren't meant to be healed that way, especially the lower level ones -
people's health bars are too small before 85 heroics to get away with
nourish spam.
As for priest healing, I found a good "quick and dirty" guide on disc
healing on the forums:

It sounds like the whole trick to disc is to keep grace up on the tank
at all times, which means relying instants for everyone else.

cool - thanks for the tip. As it turns out, I found I didn't use nourish a lot when I was healing dungeons in Heroics in Northrend and ICC. I found it too long of a cast time. I usually healed casting rejuv on the tank, then getting stacks of life bloom on him. i threw out wild growth when needed and if a dps started taking some damage, threw a rejuv. or healing touch if he was down a lot. I never had a problem in healing too much. I guess I have a whole new ballgame to learn in cata....
