Loot card from CE box (EU)

I'm having problems. I have visited the site suggested on the loot card
(www.wowtcg.com/loot) and entered area/realm and my code but the Security
Input image is broken so I can't enter anything into the Security Input box?
I have tried entering the loot card code without the security info and it
just takes me to the official battle.net page. Anybody else having trouble?
Or am I just being dumb?
