Maybe. I'm levelling my Holy Paladin first. He's in Heroic ICC 10/ICC
25 gear, and there were quite a few places in the new instances that
had me in absolute fits.

I still need two more levels for Holy Radiance, my AoE heal, and
unless everyone is neatly stacked up, which never happens with melee
and casters, my Light of Dawn can't heal everyone, so I'm still kinda
single-target healing. There were a few places where I felt like I
just couldn't heal fast enough . . . and Recount was telling me I was
pulling 7,600 HPS.

Healed the new blackrock instance yesterday with my lvl80 pala in ICC10/25
gear.

Warrior tank with more than 60k life.

No CC used, no breaks but tank (tried to) pull only one group at a time.

Wiped on the first boss once, didn't know the mechanics, downed him on the
second try with two dds dead (too slow running away). Tank died once more,
(pulling a group with me too far away still examining quest rewards) but
finished the trash with a hunter tanking. Had to use the big, slow heal more
often than in ICC, on tank and dd. Tank went down to just a sliver of life
more than once, expecially on those big draconians. A fresh lvl80 tank in
blues and greens wouldn't have survived.
