The rep increase for turn-ins is a bad thing.

Previously, during the course of the already-speedy grind, you would bang out a quick 3-5 levels. In a couple of evenings you could collect all the feathers you needed while killing mobs up to revered, then spent 2.3 minutes doing the turn-ins.

If you are leveling, you will now have to find somewhere else to get those levels.
