Makes sense, but I'm thinking Siphon Life will be handy on elites
where I have to Health Funnel constantly, since it'll keep a nice
trickle of health ticks coming in on me, so less need to stop and
drain life now and again. Will see how it works out I guess!

I never had to stop and drain with mine even without Siphon Life(and also
without Imp Health Funnel), but ymmv.
