GS hasn't changed anything. Before GS people used all kinds of inefficient ways to decide your worth - total HP, attack power, DPS, intellect, etc.

Before GS the only things that mattered were being competent and able to move off the fire. All GS does is make life a little tougher for the rising stars since they can't always get into the groups that are full of scrub GS snobs in welfare.

Utter rubbish. As I said, before GS you were asked about things like total HP, attack power, DPS, etc. It hasn't changed anything.
