With the caveat that TBC was my introduction, since I didn't start playing
until after it came out, I agree.

One big difference is that late in TBC we got a huge expansion of content,
with Zul'Aman, Magister's Terrace, and the Sunwell, which kept us going for
quite a few weeks until WotLK came out. This time, we got....Ruby Sanctum.
A very cool boss encounter, to be sure, but just a single one.

For non-raiders, TBC had the whole Isle of Quel'danas, with its rep grind
and lucrative dailies, whereas WotLK had the Argent Tourney quite early in
the cycle, and by now pretty much everyone is bored to tears with it.

I've reached the point where I'm doing my 2/week 10m raid, and that's about
all. I have Dragon Age: Origins to fill my time, and I picked up Starcraft
II yesterday. I expect my WoW time in the next few weeks will be a bit
limited.
