that awards these things on a straight one-in-twenty-five roll.

This is beside the point though. My point is about how quickly a
player outgrows the
loot that drops in 5-man content, but how much more effort and time is
required to get
to the next rung. Some people find it easier to assemble large groups
than others, I guess.
