I met those scary dudes a couple of years ago. Rare mobs, probably
silver dragon, or elite, or both.
Really? I've run a lot of characters through Westfall and never seen
them before. And they're not elite or anything. If the character I
was running at the time was a couple of levels higher I would have
taken them on to see if they dropped a quest or anything interesting.
They only show up at night. There's another group near Moonbrook are
located in a fenced in area where you find a group of vultures during
the daytime.
