My Paladin is Prot/Holy. I never tank for LFG groups. Reasons:

1) DPS that don't attack my target.
2) Anyone besides me who insist on pulling mobs. Over and over.
3) "GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGO." Um, is it okay if I take the time to have a
sip of water? The office was a little dry today. Sorry you lost five
seconds there.

I could go on, but I think you get the point. Tanking is stressful,
especially for us thin-skinned people, and when you have things like
over-eager DPS pulling whatever they want, not waiting for me,
etc. . . . well, I get enough stress at my job, thanks.

As to how you would make that more attractive, I have no idea.
