Re: PvP mage weapon / instances on PvP gear

I have a lvl 80 Horde mage that I have played PvE and lately only PvP
(bg, no arenas). I have built my PvP gear replacing my quest drop
stuff with just few slots not filled with PvP gear. I have tried to
find out a weapon setup for me but seems to be hard to find which

doing random instances. So I have few questions I hope people here

1. What weapons you recommend for a PvP mage? (Currently using Tower
of the Infinite Mind staff and some random wand, both from quest).
2. For PvP weapons is there anything I can buy with Honor Points,
Stone Keeper's Shard, WG marks or from AH?
3. Or should I start running instances to collect Emblem of Valor or
something to buy some weapons?

Once you open up one of the city vendors at the Argent Tournament
grounds (please excuse lack of detail), you can buy an epic weapon for
with Champion's Seals.

My druid uses a dagger bought with Champion's Seals for both PvP and
PvE.
